High level representatives gathered at the UN Headquarter for the comprehensive High-level Midterm Review on the implementation of the Vienna Program of Action for Landlocked Developing Countries for the Decade of 2014-2024, which is held under the auspices of the 74th Session of the UN General Assembly in New York from 5 to 6 December 2019, and adopted a Political Declaration reaffirming their commitment towards the full and effective implementation of the program.
