Монгол Улсын Их Хурлаас “Хүчээр алга болгохоос бүх хүнийг хамгаалах тухай олон улсын конвенци"-ийг 2014 оны 10 дугаар сарын 9-ний өдөр, “Эрүүдэн шүүх болон бусад хэлбэрээр хэрцгий, хүнлэг бусаар буюу хүний нэр төрийг доромжлон харьцаж, шийтгэхийн эсрэг Нэгдсэн Үндэстний Байгууллагын конвенцийн нэмэлт протокол"-ыг 2014 оны 12 дугаар сарын 11-ний өдөр тус тус соёрхон баталж, хууль гаргасан билээ.
Гурван сая дахь иргэнийг тодруулах, алдаршуулах талаар ХАХНХЯ-ны Төрийн нарийн бичгийн дарга, Монгол Улсын гурван сая дахь иргэнийг угтах бэлтгэлийг хангах Хамтарсан ажлын хэсгийн дарга Б.Отгонжаргалаас зарим тодруулгыг авлаа.

Mongolia to welcome its 3-millionth citizen soon, and today the official logo dedicated to this event was approved by the National working group that includes the President’s Office, Population’s Development and Social Welfare Ministry and the General Authority for State Registration.
This logo will be free to use by press and media, in food and other national products, symbolizing the 3-millionth citizen of Mongolia.
Description of the Logo:
1. Globe symbolizes the possibility of the 3-millionth citizen of Mongolia to be born anywhere in the world.

Along with my cordial gratitude for accepting our invitation, I extend to you the greetings for the New Year.
On the sidelines of the 45th annual meeting of the World Economic Forum, President Elbegdorj attended the session “Global Water Agenda – 2015”. And met with global political and economic leaders and exchanged views on the Strategic Competition in the New Global Context. During the session “The Mining and Metallurgy Policy”, President Elbegdorj answered questions from the journalists.

A Presidential Decree was issued on giving directions to the Government to celebrate nationwide the 70th Anniversary of the Historical Victory of the War of Liberation in 1945.
By the Decree, welcoming the 70th Anniversary the Historical Victory of the War of Liberation, President of Mongolia gives the following directions to the Government / Prime Minister Ch.Saikhanbileg /:
- To introduce and promote the historical importance and value of the Victory.
- To honor the veterans of the War, developing patriotic education for young people.
