As at Friday, 26 April 2019 1800 hours, the number of foreign nationals who have been identified as killed remained at 40.

The Permanent Mission of Sri Lanka to the United Nations organized an interfaith memorial service on 24 April 2019 in honor of the victims, their families and all those affected by the horrific events of Easter Sunday at the Mission Premises.
The Mission will hold a memorial for the victims, their families and all those affected by the tragic events of Easter Sunday, on 24th April 2019 at 6:00PM at the Mission premises.
The Government of Sri Lanka has declared 23rd April a National Day of Mourning
A condolence book will be maintained at the Mission premises from 10:00am -4:00pm for three days commencing 23rd April 2019.
