Amb Anouparb has joined other PRs to the United Nations in a reception to mark the end of UNGA74 and to extend our heartfelt congratulations to H.E Tijjani Muhammad-Bande, President of the 74th Session of UNGA for his able stewardship in guiding the work of UNGA74 towards a successful conclusion, despite global health crisis.
Amb Anouparb has joined other Ambassadors to the United Nations, UN Secretary-General, President of the 74th UNGA, and President-elect of the 75th UNGA in a virtual welcoming ceremony in honor of newly arrived Permanent Representatives graciously organized by President of IAPR, Amb Katalin Bogyay of Hungary.

The new Permanent Representative of Lao People’s Democratic Republic to the United Nations, H.E. Mr. Anouparb Vongnorkeo, presented his credentials to UN Secretary-General António Guterres.
The new Permanent Representative of Lao People’s Democratic Republic to the United Nations, Khiane Phansourivong, presented his credentials to UN Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon today.
A delegation led by IRU Secretary General, Martin Marmy, and IRU Under-Secretary General, Igor Rounov, today met with the Chairman of the Group of Landlocked Developing Countries, H.E. Mr Saleumxay Kommasith, and representatives from the UN-OHRLLS* Secretariat on behalf of UN Under-Secretary General, Mr Cheick Sidi Diarra, to discuss IRU's contribution to implementing the Almaty Programme of Action, notably, the IRU's latest initiatives presented on 10 February 2012 during the preparatory meeting for the 10 Year Review Conference.
