The Permanent Mission of Namibia to the United Nations is seeking qualified candidates for the following positions:

1. FINANCE ASSISTANT

Requirements:

  • Green card or US citizen
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
  • Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with budgeting and financial reporting processes

2. DRIVER

Requirements:

  • Green card or US citizen
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Previous experience in driving, preferably in a diplomatic or corporate environment
  • Knowledge of New York City streets and traffic regulations
  • Ability to always maintain confidentiality and professionalism
  • Strong communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus - Flexibility to work irregular hours, including evenings and weekends
