PASSPORTS
You can apply for new or replacement passports through ecitizen.go.ke
New Passport
Please note that it takes 6-8 weeks to get a new passport from the date the application is received in Nairobi. Kindly ensure that the application forms are properly signed and dated. As any incomplete application will not be processed.

Lost or mutilated passport
If you have had a passport for 10 years from the date of issue it cannot be renewed. You are required to apply for a new passport. You may apply for a new passport 6 months before expiry. Replace a lost or mutilated passport here.
VISAS
You can apply for a visa on evisa.go.ke
A visa is required prior to entry into Kenya. Visas are usually issued valid for six months from the date of issue. Visas are issued within 10 working days from date of application and 12-16 working days during the peak season of May - August. Applicants must allow for the ten days to elapse from the date the application was received at the Embassy before they can follow up on their individual cases.

All holders of travel documents should apply for visas to Kenya 90 days prior to the intended date of travel. In addition to the normal visa charges, an administrative referral fee of $10 should be submitted with the application.
