PRIME MINISTER BAINIMARAMA CONVEYS CONGRATULATORY MESSAGE FOR UNITED STATES INDEPENDENCE DAY

Prime Minister, Voreqe Bainimarama has conveyed a congratulatory message to the President of the United States of America, His Excellency Joe Biden, on the occasion of the United States of America’s 245 years of Independence.

Prime Minister Bainimarama extended his congratulations to President Biden and the people of the United States of America for the momentous occasion of 245 years of Independence.

Prime Minister Bainimarama said America’s inspiring journey of nation building best represents the vision and fortitude of people who desired greatness in unity and it is a journey that has instilled in us values and principles that have laid the foundation of our democracies.

In reaffirming Fiji’s partnership with the United States, Prime Minister Bainimarama said President Biden’s commitment on issues related to the COVID-19 pandemic and climate change as demonstrated at the recent Group of Seven Summit is reassuring for us in the Blue Pacific particularly during this challenging time.

Prime Minister Bainimarama extended Fiji’s good wishes to President Biden and the American people for their continued success and prosperity in the years to come.
