H. E. Mr. Mohamed Siad Doualeh, Permanent Representative of Djibouti to the United Nations, and H. E. Mr. Ry Tuy, Permanent Representative of the Kingdom of Cambodia to the United Nations, have signed today, April 28, 2016, the Joint communique establishing Diplomatic relations between the two countries.
