The election campaign in Uzbekistan in the center of attention of international community-3

Information-Analytical Center at Moscow State University named after M.V. Lomonosov (IAC MSU) on its official website posted information that on 29 March this year in Uzbekistan will be held presidential elections in republic. 

Reported on the regular meeting of the Republican Central Election Commission (CEC).

"In accordance with the legislation of the polling stations are formed with the main criterion - the creation of maximum convenience for voters - the article says. - When representations of the Republic of Uzbekistan in foreign countries they are formed by CEC of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs".

As highlighted in the publication of the CEC in accordance with the Law "On Elections of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan" adopted a resolution on the formation of 44 polling stations and a postscript to the 14th Tashkent city election district.

The article also reported that at the meeting they discussed issues of providing the necessary conditions created sites, accreditation of domestic and foreign journalists to cover all stages of the campaign for presidential elections and the formation of the CEC working group to verify the correctness of the signature lists submitted by political parties.
