Addressing the critical link between education and employment, U.A.E. Minister of State, Reem Al Hashimi joined a discussion panel at the Clinton Global Initiative education and employment, on Tuesday, 23rd September, in New York.
The panel raised education and employment as two of the world’s foremost concerns and discussed the global significance and challenge of 75 million unemployed young people (13 per cent of the world’s total) and 121 million unemployed adults. She noted that in the Middle East region, the number of unemployed young people can go beyond 25 per cent.
