On the sidelines of the Hungarian Prime Minister’s visit to Mongolia, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Mongolia L.Purevsuren met with Minister of Foreign Affairs and Trade of Hungary Péter Szijjártó. During the meeting, Foreign Minister L.Purevsuren highlighted that the official visits of the Hungarian President and Foreign Minister to Mongolia as well as the reopening of the Embassy in Ulaanbaatar  in 2015 signified the importance Hungary attaches to its relations with Mongolia. Minister L.Purevsuren further expressed his interest to expand the already excellent political ties between the two countries through cooperation in economic, trade and investment fields. He also noted that the signing of the agreement to finance the renovation of the “Biocombinat” in Songino by tied aid credit from the Hungarian Government gives impetus to the enhancement of the agricultural aspect of the bilateral cooperation. Hungarian Minister of Foreign Affairs and Trade mentioned the opportunity to finance the technical feasibility study from a third party.
