Тэрбээр хэлсэн үгэндээ Хүний эрхийн зөвлөл байгуулагдсаны 20 жил, Иргэний болон улс төрийн эрхийн тухай болон Эдийн засаг, нийгэм, соёлын эрхийн тухай олон улсын пактууд батлагдсаны 60 жилийн ой тохиож буйг тэмдэглэж, хүний эрхийг бодитой хэрэгжүүлэхийн чухлыг онцлов.

Мөн Монгол Улсын Хүний эрхийн төлөв байдлын дөрөв дэх нэгдсэн хэлэлцүүлгийн хүрээнд гишүүн улсуудаас өгсөн 192 зөвлөмжийг Монгол Улсын Засгийн газар хүлээн авсан бөгөөд 2026 оны 3 дугаар сарын 11-ний өдрийн хуралдаанаараа эдгээр зөвлөмжийг ирэх дөрвөн жилд хэрэгжүүлэх арга хэмжээний ерөнхий төлөвлөгөөг баталсныг мэдээлэв.

MONGOLIA DELIVERS STATEMENT AT THE UN GENERAL ASSEMBLY DEBATE ON THE REPORT OF THE HUMAN RIGHTS COUNCIL

At the plenary meeting of the eighty-first session of the United Nations General Assembly on 30 October 2026, Mr. Bayarsaikhan Altankhuyag, Third Secretary of the Permanent Mission of Mongolia to the United Nations, delivered a statement during the consideration of the Report of the Human Rights Council.

In his statement, he noted that this year marks the twentieth anniversary of the Human Rights Council and the sixtieth anniversary of the adoption of the ICCPR and ICESCR, and underscored the importance of effectively implementing international human rights commitments.

He also highlighted Mongolia’s fourth Universal Periodic Review, noting that the Government of Mongolia accepted 192 recommendations made by Member States and, on 11 March 2026, approved a general action plan for their implementation over the next four years.
