ຮ່ວມຂໍ່ານັບຊົມເຊີຍ ວັນການທູດລາວ ຄົບຮອບ 75 ປີ (12 ຕຸລາ 1945-2020) ຢ່າງສຸດໃຈ. ຕະຫລອດໄລຍະກວ່າ 7ທົດສະວັດ ຜ່ານມາ, ການທູດລາວ ໄດ້ເຕີບໃຫຍ່ຂະຫຍາຍຕົວຢ່າງພົ້ນເດັ່ນໃນເວທີສາກົນ ແລະ ພາກພື້ນ ໂດຍຜ່ານການຈັດຕັ້ງປະຕິບັດແນວທາງການຕ່າງປະເທດ “ສັນຕິພາບ ເອກກະລາດ ມິດຕະພາບ ແລະ ການຮ່ວມມື” ຢ່າງສະເຫມີຕົ້ນສະເຫມີປາຍ. ມາຮອດປັດຈຸບັນ ສປປ ລາວ ໄດ້ສ້າງຕັ້ງສາຍພົວພັນການທູດຮ່ວມກັບ 143 ປະເທດ, ມີສໍານັກງານຕາງໜ້າການທູດຢູ່ຕ່າງປະເທດ 40 ແຫ່ງ, ໃນນັ້ນສະຖານເອກອັກຄະລັດຖະທູດມີ 26 ແຫ່ງ, ສໍານັກງານຜູ້ຕາງໜ້າຖາວອນ 3 ແຫ່ງ, ສະຖານກົງສຸນໃຫຍ່ 10 ແຫ່ງ ແລະ ຫ້ອງການກົງສຸນ 1 ແຫ່ງ. ນອກນີ້, ໄດ້ມີການແຕ່ງຕັ້ງ ກົງສຸນກິດຕິມະສັກຂອງ ສປປ ລາວ ຢູ່ຕ່າງປະເທດ 17 ແຫ່ງ, ກົງສຸນກິດຕິມະສັກຂອງຕ່າງປະເທດຢູ່ ສປປ ລາວ 18 ແຫ່ງ, ມີດ່ານສາກົນ 28 ແຫ່ງ, ມີການພົວພັນກັບພັກການເມືອງຕ່າງໆໃນໂລກເກືອບ 140 ພັກ, ໄດ້ສ້າງຕັ້ງສະມາຄົມມິດຕະພາບກັບ 18 ປະເທດ, ມີສັນຍາຍົກເວັ້ນວີຊາ ສຳລັບຜູ້ຖືໜັງສືຜ່ານແດນການທູດ ແລະ ລັດຖະການຮ່ວມກັບ 37 ປະເທດ, ສັນຍາຍົກເວັ້ນວີຊາສອງຝ່າຍ ສໍາລັບຜູ້ຖືໜັງສືຜ່ານແດນທໍາມະດາກັບ 11 ປະເທດ,​ໃນນັ້ນມີ 9 ປະເທດສະມາຊິກອາຊຽນ, ລັດເຊຍ ແລະ ມົງໂກລີ ແລະ ຍົກເວັ້ນວີຊາຝ່າຍດຽວ ສໍາລັບຜູ້ຖືຫນັງສືຜ່ານແດນ ທໍາມະດາໃຫ້ກັບ 4 ປະເທດ ຄື:​ ສ. ເກົາຫລີ, ຍີ່ປຸ່ນ, ສະຫະພັນທະລັດ ສະວິດ, ລຸກຊໍາບວກ. This year marks the 75th Anniversary of Lao Diplomacy (12 Oct 1945-2020). By pursuing its consistent foreign policy of “Peace, Independence, Friendship and Cooperation”, currently the Lao PDR has established diplomatic relations with 143 countries with 40 diplomatic representative missions located abroad (among them 26 Embassies, 3 Permanent Representative Missions, 10 General Consulates and 1 Consulate Office). In addition, the Lao PDR has designated 17 Honorary Consuls stationed in other countries and 18 Honorary Consuls representing friendly countries have opened their offices in the country and have established 28 international border checkpoints with neighboring countries. Likewise, we have enjoyed flourishing relationship with approximately 140 political parties worldwide and established friendship associations with 18 countries. To facilitate international travel, the Lao PDR has singed visa exemption agreements for diplomatic and service passport holders with 37 countries as well as bilateral visa exemption agreements for holders of ordinary passports with 11 nations (9 ASEAN members, Russian Federation, and Mongolia), and provided unilateral visa exemption for holders of ordinary passports coming from 4 counties namely the Republic of Korea, Japan and Switzerland.
