Mr. Melchionna has over 20 years of experience in both private practice and academia, in Italy and in the United States. He currently represents and assists multinational companies and institutional entities in a variety of corporate, commercial and tax law matters. He represents buyers and investors in the formation and/or acquisition of U.S. companies, local assets and in international business transactions. He also assists and represents companies before numerous federal and/or state authorities and institutions. He is a member of the New York City Bar, the New York State Bar, and the American Bar Association.
