The Philippine Mission urgently needs the services of the following position:


Administrative Assistant


  • Holder of a university degree, preferably in the field of International Affairs
  • Have excellent written and oral communications skills in English
  • Can work under pressure
  • Computer skills
  • Must have residency status and/or the required work authorization


Below are some of the duties and responsibilities attached to the position:

  1. Assist the Committees of the Permanent Mission of the Philippines in all aspects of the Committees’ work, including attendance in relevant UN meetings and the preparation of the corresponding reports;
  2. Perform all pertinent administrative and clerical functions and respond to queries as they relate to matters concerning the Committees;
  3. Draft and finalize correspondences and other communications, and maintain files and records of the Committees;
  4. Prepare necessary documentation to facilitate the participation of members of the Philippine delegation to UN meetings;
  5. Extend all necessary staff support to the Mission’s official functions and activities, as may be required; and
  6. Perform all other duties, tasks, and responsibilities as may be assigned.
