Ambassador Enrique A. Manalo today formally presented his credentials as Permanent Representative of the Republic of the Philippines to the United Nations to UN Secretary General Antonio Guterres.

 

 

         Ambassador Manalo had earlier paid a virtual courtesy call on SG Guterres in August after providing the UN Protocol with a copy of his credentials.   The formal presentation of credentials was scheduled only this month after restrictions on in-person meetings in the UN headquarters were modified.
