MORE COMMITMENTS OF SUPPORT FOR G77 AND CHINA CHAIRMANSHIP

Ambassador Michael Ten-Pow accredited as Permanent Representative of Guyana to the United Nations
Ambassador Rudolph Michael Ten-Pow was today accredited as the Permanent Representative and Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Guyana to the United Nations. Ambassador Ten-Pow presented his letters of credence to Mr. Ban Ki-moon, Secretary-General of the United Nations, in a ceremony at United Nations Headquarters in New York.
The Mission said goodbye on 15 March 2017 to one of its chauffeurs, Frederick Honrade (Rico), who is retiring after nearly 17 years of sterling service. Staff of the Mission will miss his good humor, reliability and unfailing professionalism. Rico will be returning home to his native Philippines to spend his retirement. The Ambassador and staff extend their best wishes to Rico for a healthy, happy and well-deserved retirement.
