The Academy for Transparency & Human Rights (ATHR) of the European Public Law Organization (EPLO) organized along with the Faculty of Law of Titu Maiorescu University and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Romania an international conference on the “Rule of Law as Promoter of Human Rights and Economic Growth”. In the conference which was held in Bucharest on 9-10 October 2019, prominent academics and researchers from around the globe participated as speakers. 

The Director of the European Public Law Organization, Professor Spyridon Flogaitis, gave a keynote opening lecture on “The Rule of Law: Concept and Evolution”, while Professor Vasso Artinopoulou of Panteion University, representing the Organization, made the closing remarks and concluded the conference.
