UN MEETING. United Nations Secretary General Ban Ki-moon receives Ambassador Libran Cabactulan, President-elect of the 2010 Review Conference of the Treaty on the Non-Proliferation of Nuclear Weapons, during a recent visit to New York. The Secretary General was briefed on Ambassador Cabactulan's consultations with States-Parties as part of preparations of the Philippine Presidency for the review conference in May as well as the two-day nuclear disarmament and non-proliferation workshop that will take place in Makati starting  Monday, 1 February 2010. Ambassador Cabactulan also presented a letter from Foreign Affairs Secretary Alberto G.
