HAITI POLL TENSIONS. Members of the 10th Philippine Peacekeeping Contingent serving with the United Nations Stabilization Mission (MINUSTAH) in Haiti under Lt. Col. Lope Dagoy conduct crowd control training in anticipation of tensions expected to accompany next month's legislative elections in the country. The Filipino peacekeepers, who are in charge of securing the MINUSTAH Headquarters, have been on a constant state of alert as a result of the almost daily demonstrations taking place in Port-au-Prince.
