TRIBUTE. Ambassador Hilario G. Davide, Jr., Permanent Representative of the Philippines to the United Nations, paid tribute to four outgoing Filipino diplomats for their outstanding contribution to the work of the Philippine Delegation to the United Nations during their six-year tour of duty in New York. Plaques of commendation were presented by Ambassador Davide, assisted by Mrs. Virginia P.
