UN MURAL TURNOVER. Chairperson Vilma Labrador of the National Council for Culture and the Arts (NCCA) turned over on Friday, 23 January 2008, a mural on the United Nations Millennium Development Goals to Ambassador Hilario G. Davide, Philippine Permanent Representative to the United Nations. The mural, which was done by Batanes artists, will be presented to United Nations Secretary General Ban Ki-moon for installation at the UN Headquarters in New York.
