Davide Jr., Philippine Permanent Representative to the United Nations, pays a courtesy call on UN Secretary General Ban Ki-moon shortly before his departure for Manila on Monday morning (Monday evening in Manila). The Secretary General, who will arrive in Manila on Tuesday evening, will grace the opening ceremony of the Second Global Forum for Migration and Development and will meet with President Gloria Macapagal Arroyo.
