PHOTO EXHIBIT Ambassador Hilario G. Davide Jr. and Consul General Cecilia Rebong cut the ceremonial ribbon to inaugurate Samu't Sari, a collection of photographs taken by Second Secretary Elmer G. Cato of the Philippine Mission to the United Nations during the course of his tour of duty in the United States.
