CONDEMNATION Social Welfare and Development Secretary Esperanza Cabral addresses the 62nd Session of the United Nations General Assembly where she expressed the Philippine Government's strong condemnation of Tuesday's terrorist car bomb attack that targetted the UN offices in Algeria, killing dozens of people, including Gene Luna, a Filipina staff member of the UN World Food Program.
