Foreign Affairs Secretary Alberto G. Romulo, accompanied by Ambassador Lauro L. Baja Jr., Permanent Representative to the United Nations, called on new United Nations Secretary General Ban Ki-moon on Thursday, 18 January 2006, at the UN Headquarters in New York.
