This event is hosted by HE Shiekha Lubna Bint Khalid AlQassimi – Minister of International Cooperation and Development of the United Arab Emirates,  on Monday 22 September 2014 from 8:30-10:30 at the South Dining Room, fourth floor of the UN Secretariat building.

There will be a panel discussion moderated by Dr. Seth Berkley of GAVI, and the invited panelists are:

• Dr. Margaret Chan, Director General of WHO
• Ms. Aisha Farooq, Pakistan’s National Coordinator for Polio Eradication
• Mr. Chris Elias, President of the Global Development Program at Gates Foundation

Additionally, excerpts from a new documentary on polio will be screened.
