The Department of Operational Support is pleased to announce that the UN Gift Shop, in collaboration with the Non-Violence Project Foundation, has debuted a new collection of gift items inspired by the knotted gun sculpture (“Non-violence”) that can be seen in the Visitors Plaza of UNHQ.

The sculpture was created by a Swedish artist, Carl Fredrik Reuterswärd, as a memorial tribute to John Lennon after his death.

It has since become a symbol of peace and non-violence for all.

Wear a statement cap and graphic t-shirts, carry a fashionable tote bag with an artistic interpretation of the knotted gun, and collect or wear colourful pins and buttons. Stop by the UN Gift Shop at the GA-1B level for these specialty items!

When you buy these products, a portion of the revenues will go to the Non-Violence Project and will contribute to social change and peace.

We hope to see you at the UN Gift Shop!
