About the race

WHEN: Saturday, 2 November, meet us at 8:00 am for the group photo. The race starts at 8:45 am.

WHERE: In front of UNHQ Visitors’ Gate (46th Street and 1st Avenue)

Team UN will run for Climate Action: A Race We Can Win. Climate change is now affecting every country on every continent and is disrupting national economies- costing people, communities and countries dearly today and even more tomorrow.

Last year, 400 UN staff, interns, ambassadors and delegates participated in the race, promoting the 70th anniversary of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights.

Come help us raise awareness about climate action at the legendary 5K race and help make this world a better place!
