Bangui | MINUSCA

As part of its response to sexual exploitation and abuse, the United Nations Multidimensional Integrated Stabilization Mission in the Central African Republic (MINUSCA), organised a training on the collection, documentation, and preservation of evidence.

This five-day training means the mission has a fully operational immediate response team (IRT), able to collect evidence prior to opening an investigation.

Made up of MINUSCA experts, this team can be rapidly deployed to the field upon reception by the mission of an allegation of sexual exploitation or abuse.
