Dear sir:

I sincerely urge you to take the strongest possible action to question, and if it seems desirable, to protest and try to prohibit the announced hydrogen bomb tests recently publicized by the government of the United States. 

I am writing to the United States government agencies responsible, as well as to the United States delegation. But I fell world opinion could be the most effective instrument to stop this outrage.
