Chia-an, Chan (Rick)
Chia-an (Rick) is a NYU master student in International Relations. He is dedicating to become independent diplomat and will graduate in May, 2014. He is an intern in Marshall Islands to the United Nations.
Before he came to the United State, he studies political theory in Taiwan. In undergraduate school, he participated in many activities and academic competitions such as Global Initiative Symposium Taiwan 2011, National Taiwan University Graduate Media Exhibition and Next Generation’s Leader Legislative Contest. After his graduation in 2012, he went to military service for a year serving as a member of the tactical unit, where he conveyed orders, classified documents and prove his excellent ability to work within the structure.
He counts International relations, jogging and reading among his myriad interests.
