Iyeeka is Counsellor for Social, Cultural and Humanitarian Affairs at the Permanent Mission of Jamaica to the United Nations. Her responsibilities include representing Jamaica's interests on issues related to the United Nations General Assembly Third Committee, such as the promotion and protection of human rights, women's advancement, child protection, migration, social development, crime prevention and the elimination of racial discrimination.
