Ms. Christine Bell serves as Registrar at Jamaica’s Permanent Mission to the United Nations, where she is responsible for the management of all official documentation and correspondence. She maintains the Mission’s registry of diplomatic notes (Notes Verbale), correspondence with the UN Secretariat and other Permanent Missions, and communications and instructions from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Foreign Trade (MFAFT). She ensures all documents are accurately logged, systematically filed, and readily accessible in both physical and digital formats.
