Ms. Annelle Allen serves as First Secretary at the Permanent Mission of Jamaica to the United Nations, where she is Jamaica’s lead representative on administrative and budgetary matters in the UN Fifth Committee and also coordinates positions on behalf of CARICOM. She is the Mission’s central focal point for the UN80 reform initiative, also supporting Jamaica’s leadership and engagement in the Informal Ad Hoc Working Group on Mandate Implementation Review. In addition to managing Jamaica’s candidatures and bilateral relations portfolio, Ms. Allen supports Jamaica’s advisory role in the Multinational Security Support (MSS) Trust Fund for Haiti.
