The Permanent Mission of Jamaica to the United Nations presents its compliments to all Permanent Missions and Permanent Observer Missions to the United Nations and has the honour to inform, further to its initial Note Ref. J/5 dated 20th March, that the Mission will remain closed with effect from 2nd April to 15th April, 2020, in light of the evolving situation concerning COVID-19. The Mission will still monitor its general email address (jamaica@un.int) and Officers will be routinely accessing their individual email addresses, WhatsApp and mobile phones.

The Secretary-General of the International Seabed Authority (ISA) Mr Michael W. Lodge, informs that in light of the evolving nature of the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, staff at the ISA headquarters in Kingston, as well as in the liaison office in New York, will be working remotely until further notice.
