How do search engines retrieve results, and how can we make the UN’s published output relevant for researchers? Linked data is structured data interlinked with other data, making it more discoverable through semantic queries. Having said that, the Dag Hammarskjöld Library is pleased to announce the launch of our new linked data services platform: metadata.un.org.

This web site is maintained specifically to meet the information needs of delegations working at UN Headquarters in New York. The site includes links to essential information resources and delegate-specific tools and content from iSeek, the UN Secretariat's award-winning intranet.
