Mr. Royston Alkins holds a Bachelor’s Degree in International Relations and a Diploma in Public Management from the University of Guyana. His service as a Foreign Service Officer at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation began in 2017.

Mr. Alkins has also received diplomatic training in the Netherlands, Romania, China, and Indonesia. He currently covers all Second Committee matters.
