Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon meets with His Excellency President Ismail Omar Guelleh during his official visit to the region. In addition to discussing peace and security and food security issues affecting Djibouti and the wider Horn of Africa, they stressed the importance of resilience and development, particularly of the agricultural and pastoral communities.
