His Excellency Mr. Mohamed Siad Doualeh meets with His Excellency Mr. Fodé Seck, Permanent Representative of Senegal to the United Nations, on 26 April 2016.  Djibouti and Senegal have long standing diplomatic and brotherly relations.  Senegal currently holds one of the African seats at the Security Council.
