650 talented students of colleges of art and music, as well as specialized academic lyceums are participating at the contest of young performers organized in Kashkadarya by the ministries of culture and sports, as well as higher and secondary special education, according to the report by Khalq sozi national newspaper.

The jury composed of people’s artists of Uzbekistan, honored people of arts, prominent experts of music and professors of the State conservatory of Uzbekistan, institute of culture and other educational institutions chose the best performers on the class of national, wind and string instruments, piano, as well as in dancing, choreography and variety art.

Shodiyora Omonova of Namangan has been named a winner of the first stage of the contest on the “Choreography” contest, Barno Ismatullaeva of Andijan – in the academic vocal performance, as well as Adelya Nortojieva (violin) and Akhmet Sultanov (alt) have been recognized to be the best among the performers of string instruments.
