Over seventy young men and women received jobs at the fair, which took place at the Gulbahor Professional Industrial College of Yangiyul District in Tashkent Province. Over 20 companies and enterprises offered about three hundred vacancies, the report by the Uzbekistan National News Agency has said.

A substantial attention is being paid in Uzbekistan to increase the employment level as well as providing women and young people with jobs.

The Tashkent Province Head department of labor and social protection of population and employment assistance centers at the local levels make a considerable contribution to organization of fairs.

“For over the last year we have organized the two job fairs,” said the head of Employment assistance center of the city of Yangiyul R.Rakhmonkulov. “At the campaign that took place at Niyozboshi Economic Professional College about thirty companies, enterprises and entrepreneurs offered 600 vacancies. Over a hundred young men and women have received the jobs”.

“Last year I have graduated from the college of economic technologies,” Ravshan Teshaboev from Yangiyul said. “At the job fair I have found a suitable job at “Poligraf-Service” enterprise.”
