The regional stage of the photography contest, which is held with a purpose of revealing and stimulating the young talents, has come to an end in Bukhara, according to the Narodnoye slovo newspaper.

The photographs reflected on the history and today’s life of villages, ongoing improvement and betterment work at the local levels, national traditions, customs and values.

The regional office for culture and sports is reported to have organized the contest alongside with territorial scientific and methodic center of national creative art, cultural and enlightenment work.

For his works “Tuybola” and “Qishloqda tuy” Alisher Asadov from the city Bukhara secured a right to participate at the Republican stage of the contest.

Elyor Nematov from Vobkent District secured the second place for his works “Mening qishlogim” and “Nuroniy”.

And, finally, for his works “Nevesta” and “Moyo pole” Khasan Bazarov from Kagan has found himself among prizewinners.
