Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Deputy foreign minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan Amankeldi Zhumabayev, heading the Kazakh delegation in the consultations between the ministries of foreign affairs, was received at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan on 14 August 2012.
The issues of developing bilateral cooperation, interaction within multilateral organisations were discussed, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs said.
The parties exchanged views on the problems of international and regional nature.
Willingness of the parties to deepen Uzbek-Kazakh dialogue, directed at further enhancement of links, strengthening peace and stability in the Central Asian region was highlighted during the talks.
Ambassador of the Republic of Kazakhstan Boribay Zheksembin attended the meeting.
