Temporary Resident Permit for Conduct of Business in Samoa
For purposes of establishing a business or investing in Samoa, the visitor must lodge a duly completed application form, together with the following supporting documentation:1. Copy of Investment Certificate issued by Ministry of Commerce, Industry and Labour of Samoa2. Medical and Police reports (annexed to the application form)3.Application fee - USD$250 plus USD$130 for each dependent if lodged offshore; or USD$490 (WST$1,200) plus USD$250 (WST$600) per dependent if lodged in Samoa.
