Joint Inspection Unit launches new website

The Joint Inspection Unit (JIU) recently launched its
new multilingual website
to provide users with more comprehensive information and new and improved ways of interacting
with the Unit.
It offers a variety of new, user-friendly features including:
Enriched content
• Information about the JIU, its unique role in the UN system, how it works, who its clients are, its recommendations to UN organizations, and much more.
• Reports in all six UN languages, dating back to 1968, and related documents, such as CEB comments, Executive Heads comments, unpublished annexes, etc.
• Short ‘news stories’ and videos introducing JIU outputs and events
• Rolling information on the latest uploads to the website
Search and filtering capacities
• Find reports and notes by author/ year/ scope, and look for Inspectors by term or country
• Search the site and PDF documents by keyword
RSS Feeds and sharing opportunities
• Subscribe to RSS feeds or email alerts for the latest JIU reports or events
• Share stories or reports with others via email or social networking sites
• Ask questions or share your feedback about JIU’s work
