On Friday, 30 April, the Headquarters Service Desk Operations Section offices, which include the Help Desk and Request for Services (RFS) group of the Office of Information and Communications Technology (OICT), will move to swing space offices as part of the Capital Master Plan (CMP).
In this context, please note that the OICT Service Desk (Help Desk and RFS) will relocate all staff operations from S-1969/81 to the 9th Floor of the Court Square Building at 24-01 44th Road, Long Island City (LIC), in Queens, New York.
During this relocation period, starting at 1:00 p.m. on Friday, 30 April and until 1:00 p.m. on Monday, 3 May, you may continue to contact the Service Desk through the OICT Help Desk number at (212) 963-3157. The Service Desk will not have access to the Lotus Notes email, therefore contact during this period should be through the telephone hotline only.
Please be aware that there will be delays in responding to Service Desk calls and the Service Desk may not be able to address non-urgent calls or requests for service until Monday afternoon.
