For the first time since its inception, the annual UN Day concert will have a theme: “A Tribute to Peacekeeping.”
The concert, which will take place on Friday, 23 October 2009, in the General Assembly Hall at 7:30 p.m., is being organized by the Department of Public Information, the Department of Peacekeeping Operations and Culture Project, an NGO dedicated to artistic work that focuses on social justice issues.
