Applicant must submit the following:

• Valid passport or travel document
• One passport-size photograph
• Photocopy of airline ticket, or in the case of cruises, information
  with date of cruise
• Completed application form
• Money order for $20.00, plus $5.00 additional for postage or
  pre-paid UPS or FEDEX postage

THE FOLLOWING COUNTRIES DO NOT REQUIRE VISAS

• Commonwealth countries
• Non-Commonwealth African countries and South Africa
• United States and Canada
• OAS Member Countries
• EEC Countries and Austria
• Far East countries
• Israel  - STAYS OF UP TO 30 DAYS
• Republic of Cuba - STAYS OF UP TO 30 DAYS

NATIONALS OF THE FOLLOWING COUNTRIES TRAVELING TO SAINT LUCIA FOR A PERIOD NOT EXCEEDING TWENTY EIGHT (28) DAYS AND ARE IN POSSESSION OF A VALID RETURN TICKET TO THEIR PLACE OR ORIGIN OR ANOTHER DESTINATION:

• The former Communist block countries in Eastern Europe
• The former Soviet Republics in Eastern Europe and Central Asia

THE FOLLOWING NATIONALS  ARE EXEMPTED FROM VISAS TO ENTER FOR STAYS OF  UP TO THIRTY (30) DAYS. VISAS ARE REQUIRED FOR STAYS IN EXCESS OF (30) DAYS:  

• Israel
• Cuba
