APPLYING FOR PERMISSION TO FILM IN SAINT LUCIA
- Complete
the application form provided by the St. Lucia Film Commission;
- Submit
a list of equipment and materials to be imported and exported for
the shoot (include quantities, model, serial numbers, values and
country of origin);
- Submit
a list of crew, their position in the shoot, relevant passport detailsand
estimated dates of arrival and departure;
- Submit
a script synopsis, in English, with the application form (optional)
The
applicant should forward the above information to the Film Commission
Officer at least five (5) working days prior to arrival
of crew and cast. For special requests, please
allow more time, depending on the nature of the request (e.g. the
need for Police or Marine Police assistane in the case
of traffic/crowd control, road blocks, etc). The
Film Commission, recognizing that timing is crucial, will ensure
that each
application is expedited.
